Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including clearance items, gift cards, personalized items, pre-assembled items, and those marked as "Non-Returnable" on the sale page.

Return Procedure

Upon acceptance of your return request, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and promptly inform us if there are any defects, damages, or incorrect items. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action to rectify it.

Exchanges
The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the original purchase and place a separate order for the desired item once the return is processed.

Return and Exchange Costs
Customers are responsible for shipping expenses if the package is unopened and undamaged. Restocking fees are not applicable for returned products.

However, in the case of a defective item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refund Policy
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7 days.
